Summary

  • add the validated dev_04 runtime profile and iv.dev.4.ff.1 smoke contract
  • add stable dsm-client prepare-run output with verified content-addressed caching
  • pin ROS1 conversion to rosbags 0.11.3 and reject unsafe bearer transport/cross-origin downloads
  • package runtime resources and document the EN/UK contract

Verification

  • 38 unit/schema tests passed; 1 opt-in cross-repository test skipped in normal discovery and passed separately
  • Server/Client fixture integration passed, including 401, checksum, profile, and fixture rejection paths
  • wheel resources verified
